Creation of a Magento Extension

Hello Freelancers, I require the creation of a new magento extension that can be easily installed via ftp and via magento connect 2.0. The extension must run on Magento Community 1.7. Please read the full project description in the attached PDF document including reference images before bidding. The purpose of the extension is to improve user monitoring by allowing advanced permissions to be applied to admin users and the tracking of sales and commission, and improving customer satisfaction with front facing admin profiles. A summery of the requirements includes: 1: Adding advanced permissions to the User Roles 2: Expanding the ‘My Account’ section 3: Add an ‘Earnings’ menu item to the admin Catalog drop down 4: The addition of an ‘Earnings’ page, under the admin Reports menu 5: The addition of a Seller profile page which includes the following information from the ‘My Account’ section. 6: Addition of the seller picture and link to profile on the products pages In order for this project to be considered completed Sections 1 through 6 are required, and the extension must be available in both manual and magento connect 2.0 formats. This project is open to all bidders who possess the required skills and knowledge that I am lacking. You will require the skills outlined on the ‘Skills Required’ section to complete this project. All rights to the extension will remain with me. If I am impressed by the communication and project delivery of the winning bidder, I would definitely give them greater consideration on future projects.
