Contact lens webshops new design coding 2

We look for somebody to finish the new skin implementing for our webshop: Its being developed here: [login to view URL] These sites have no admin areas so you don't have to deal with this. The design should be similar as our glasses webshop. [login to view URL] Live webshop address: lencsek.hu. We need every pages and functions from here. Differences, extra we need that are not on [login to view URL]: 1. right top corner, need to be displayed:...products in basket, value:.... (like at [login to view URL]) 2. instead of language changing flag: text (like at [login to view URL]) 3. show photo of the product in basket. 4. payment and shipping methods menu: switch payment and shipping (payment methods in columns and shipping methods in rows (like in [login to view URL]) See proper designs attached. 5. new function at payment and shipping methods menu: premium currier options, sms currier option. Only available when user chooses currier (otherwise dimmed). Just two options buttons with prices. must be stored in orders table and show in basket review page and confirmation e-mail too. Prices must be added to shipping cost when clicked. SMS options is only choosable when premium currier is choosen. The design is not implemented 100% at lencsek.websons.hu. On some pages its missing, eg missing in comfirmation mail Plz see attached jpg-s for proper design.. We have these jpg.s also in psd. PAYMENT: 100% WHEN PROJECT IS 100% FINISHED, WE CANNOT PREPAY OR PAY, WHEN SITES NOT WORKING 100% PROPERLY. ALSO DELAYS: WE DEDUCT 2% EVERY DAY OF PROJECT VALUE AFTER PROJECT DEADLINE.
