517735 PHP Website Conversion

I had posted a similar project that included wordpress, but this is straight PHP and should be easier. Please disregard any previous projects and bid on this one. Again, this is a PHP project. I would like to convert my site [login to view URL] to a php site. The site consists of a few static pages and six dynamic pages. The link structure along with the URL names need to be maintained. The pages were coded in coldfusion and SQL Server on a windows machine. The dynamic pages need to keep their current dynamic functionality in their entirety. The current link structure and image list are kept in an excel file that can be put in the mysql database. You will be working on my server. I am looking for someone who is RELIABLE in terms of communication and how quickly they will work, and someone who has a lot of experience with PHP.
