New PHP Portal with C# Visual Studio Extracting/copying

You need to design a PHP site using MVC format with all parts in module based. You may choose to use a PHP framework like ZEND. You must also have strong Visual studio skill Skill cause there is a part where you need to copy out functions from my Visual Studio POS software. All details are in DOC file. Only section 3 of the doc is to have the visual studio codes to be converted to php, all other sections are to be develop by you! I work in a scale of 100% milestone or escrow funds. To make things easier to understand, please read on... Example: You are an business owner, you own 5 shoe stores you have one warehouse to keep all shoes you everyday run like hell to all 5 shoe stores to check inventory and such. Now , i step in and introduce a web app than can manage your warehouse and 5 shoe stores using a web panel each shoe stores have a POS software (point of sales aka cashier machine) which is call EzyPOS than it will also run another application call EzySync that sync the EzyPOS database to an online database. EzyPOS is running via WAMP , its data is store in the local mysql. (We will provide you the source code so you can clone the 6 sections) So what is ezysync? Ezysync every 1 min will check local mysql VS online database for changes, either side make any changes it will update either side Basically the web app have its own database to manage the warehouse section, it also able to access another database that is synced from EzySync. So, this will allow you to manage EzyPOS without having to go to the outlet (This is the POS section 3) to do so , he can click on the POS section of the web app and it will ask which outlet he would like to handle. After selecting, it will show the POS admin 6 sections (just like the software) so with this example .. you can see that the new Web app when accessing POS section , is accessing the outlet database (which will be the same as the local pos machine due to ezysync) any changes on the POS section, the web app pos section get the changes too any changes on the web app POS section , the pos machine local mysql database get the changes too This way, you as the business owner can manage all POS and also manage the warehouse sections via one web portal itself.
