I am looking for a talented C++ expert that can wrap the code of this api. The final goal is to expose the api's classes, methods, and properties in C# project program. I want to write C# programs using methods, properties, and classes. Unfortunately, the code was written in unmanaged C++. It can not be added as reference to any c# project program. Therefore, the api can not be used in C#. I have c++ header file which compiles into a dll api. This dll was intended for C++ programmers to access a financial program call anvil. I have attached the program with the relevant materials for you to test your work for quality assurance.
I will be using your finished work in Microsoft C# VisualStudio 2005 Express. I have attached the codes. Please send quote of cost and how long this project will take.

**One bidder asked about cpp file for this project. I do not have any other source code to this work. Those header files in the api folder compile into a dll api which is used by c++ programmer to write application that plug into anvil.exe. The dll api use [url removed, login to view] which in turn use other dll that are found in [url removed, login to view] directory to perform messaging and data transmission. There are no documentation to the inner workings (classes, struct, enumeration, etc). All you will work with are the zip files in the attachment. For example, if you download the attachment and inspect the BusinessAPI.h file, you will find template and other complicated class designs that is very difficult to wrap and expose in C#.
1) Complete and fully-functional working api dll(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment which is Windows XP Pro and Microsoft C# VisualStudio 2005 Express.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
