access to backend of site

Hi, I need to get into a backend of a site I recently purchased from a seller who doesnt respond to pms anymore. The host is a reseller and does not answer for getting into backend. I need someone who knows how to do this. East Europeans are preferred in doing this. Money is not a problem, without getting in I will not have site.
