This is a website for a real estate company based in the Caribbean that. The content of the site is mostly static web pages but will have about 5-10 properties for sale that are listed. [login to view URL] Should have a tropical theme and should be very crisp, clear and have island photos. Top Level Pages Home, About Us, Contact Us, Links, About Belize, Why Belize, Our Properties. Site needs a very small content management system which will allow uploading of new property including a primary photo, additional photos, a title, description, and a price. That's all. I would like to see a mock up if you would be willing, but the winning programmer will have to make at least 2 designs to present to client and then modify slightly depending on client feedback. It would also be good to show any existing CMS that you have created. We are also looking to partner with a programmer or company for larger projects as well. Quality and completing work on time is very important.
