Shareware Download Site

We need a shareware download site that is VERY close in design and functionality to [login to view URL] Must be extremely SHARP and professional but not too flashy. We love the layout and design of cnet's download site, so the closer it looks the better. Must be efficient for shareware search and downloads. Must include comprehensive sections for rating the shareware, feedback to the author and developer submissions. Should also include ad banner managment and tracking. Should require registration in order to download. Each shareware application should have a page with news, release notes, and stuff that is updatable by the author. Must include author section for the author to look login and look at downloads and feedback and to update the news, release notes, etc that will appear on the download page. Need ability to do bulk send of weekly/monthly newsletter. The more features you can suggest to me that I haven't thought of yet, the better. Basic template and layout scheme must be able to be adapted to several sites as this site will be used for 5 different domains and all need to "look" a little different, but function exactly the same. Should be extremely easy to maintain. Looking for developer to be extremley creative and self-motivated to build an exciting and functional site. WILL POST DEVELOPMENT CREDITS TO THE AUTHOR AS WELL AS A LINK TO THEIR SITE. Will consider long-term contract with developer for site maintenance and upgrades. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code and documentation of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Anticipate establishing long-term contract with the right developer for site maintenance and upgrades. ## Platform ASP with MSSQL Backend.
