Piecework Payment System - ASP .Net

I am in need of a C# ASP .Net developer to create a series of pages for tracking piecework pay for employees in my company. We will provide you with ALL objects required to access the database. You will not actually interact with the database, but will be using our classes to interact with the data. We use classes generated from LLBLGen Pro. How a Piecework System Works: Every item that is ordered is part of a multi-step process. At each step an employee is credited with completing the work. When payroll is ran we tally up all the work the employee has done and pay them according to their pay level. For instance, For item 001 we have 5 steps that must be completed. If Employee A does step 1 he gets paid $3, but if Employee B does step 1 he gets $4. This might be because Employee B is a manager or is better at Step 1. Once the entire process is completed for our order we have a record of who did what step and how much they should be paid for it. We are currently keeping track of this manually and it is very cumbersome. System Flow: Order Is Selected for Piecework -> Generate Piecework Information for the order -> Employees can enter their information after each step OR the staff can enter employee information after order has shipped. We will take care of the reporting. Requirements: Autocomplete on textboxes. Ability to read barcodes. Error handling. Ability to change employee earnings for each step. Ability to change each step required for an item. (In total there are about 30 possible steps, but Item 001 would use steps 1,2,3,4,5 while Item 002 would use steps 1,2,4,5,6). Not required: Adding or deleting employees Adding or deleting Items Once we select a bidder we will show you the current system we are using to give you an idea. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP .Net, C#, IIS, SQL Server 2000
