I'm looking ideally for somebody capable of putting together good looking, simple websites in partnership with myself. If you're able to host the sites as well, then that would be a huge advantage.

I can provide market research, keyword research and analysis, website content, email newsletters, SEO and marketing etc... but, quite simply, I don't have the expertise to create the website/s.

Initially I think it would be good to start with a fairly simple site that will be geared towards just a few keywords. For this I think we would need a website with several pages and a form to join a newsletter service. A nice logo would be good, but given a little time I could probably come up with something myself (although, not as professional as it could be).

Bearing in mind that I'm looking to split the profits 50/50 (we have to pay someone to build links because link building makes me vomit. It's so tedious) I'm after the person who can provide the most and is willing to go the extra mile with me (no payment in kind required).

This isn't likely to be a "get hugely rich, sickeningly quickly" scheme because most of the promotion will be done via legitimate SEO tactics, which obviously take time. I guess, the more you're willing to offer, the quicker it will take off but I have some big ideas that I've fully researched - these ideas WILL take off but they need working capital in order to get them off the ground and that's what the initial websites will be providing, in an ideal world.

There's obviously going to be a fairly huge chunk or trust required on both parts as well as some initial details that will need to be batoned down, especially when it comes to Google accounts, affiliate accounts etc... so we need to be able to get along and, hopefully, have a bit of fun while completing projects. As such, if anyone is actually interested in this, then making your message stand out is going to go a long way. Email or IM contact is a must but I do appreciate that we all have to do "proper" work that pays the mortgage and keeps the wife in the luxury she's accustomed to, as well.

I should perhaps mention I'm a freelance writer (you'd never have guessed by the length of the post would you?) and SEO so I can dedicate a very reasonable amount of time and effort to any project we undertake. However, being a starved writer, the budget aspect of things is where I'm struggling otherwise I'd just pay to have a few sites designed and built.

If you've made it this far, I must give you my whole hearted congratulations for seeing it out.
