Custom Google-like Search Engine

We would like to have a custom search engine (Google API) created similar in function to Dogpile ([url removed, login to view]) and the "display capability of Pagebull ([url removed, login to view]) We would like for it to be able to search the 4 major search engines with a combined set of search results. Website designer should be able to deliver a visually appealing website same as Dogpile.

2.) Search Results Page Templates similar to:
a.) [url removed, login to view] search results
b.) [url removed, login to view]
Finally, we would have you set up filters on the main home page and search results pages, so visitors can select which of the 4 search engines to search and if they want to switch from "Dogpile mode" to "Pagebull" mode to view the search results in small display windows.
If you understand all that and can do the job... please submit a bid. We have a pipeline of 800 sites to complete. Must be professional and complete work on schedule.
