Dictionary Script - Wanted

Hello Every Body, I need a dictionary script, (something similar or to hire who can do it) Please take a look at this script lishani [dot] com i want a script to provide the translation from a language into 3 other languages.... i mean; i want to provide the meaning in 4 languages. (English, German, Arabic, Turkish) an empty script, i will add all words through importing an Excel file. as you see there, it provides related words, sharing on FB and some other nice tools (your suggestions to add useful stuffs are welcome as well) i also need the ability to add, modify and remove words in a control panel, and for sure to support IMPORT/EXPORT in Excel files into MySQL Database. in PHP scripting.....please.
