Build a project management tool

I would like a quote to develop a site for an online logo design company “Magnetic”. I\'ve attached a site map, User and Internal Work Flow charts to help you understand what happens when users come to the site and place an order and our internal process to manage the projects. I envision the user/internal message boards to be like [login to view URL], very clean, easy to use. In the backend I\'d like it to be very simple to use just as the front end. In the user flow chart, you\'ll see a creative brief, pls see [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) , that\'s basically what we want as well. This site will have a project management functionality, here\'s more on what I mean: The project Management tool is basically how we need to communicate and share documents with customers and also to communicate with our designers, both will need account login credentials. Here\'s how I want this to work when communicating with customers: - We receive order ticket (like yours) - We respond with an automated message (like yours) - I\'ll look at the tickets and assign to a designer, I want it as easy as clicking a send to button - The designer will then upload up to 6 logo ideas as sketches with a rationale, I need this to be easy, so I they need to scan, make image a determined size, upload and write a rationale under each image, they click on SUBMIT - I receive notification, I\'m able to look at the logos and have the ability to check off which logos I want the designer to execute and also have the ability to send my comments to each logo, I hit SEND - The designer receives my selections and starts executing the final logos, which when completed, he\'ll do the same, upload each one with the rationale and click SUBMIT - I receive notification, look at the logos, send any last edit requests or with one click, SEND the logos to customer - Customer receives email notification, logs in, a views the logos, they will also have the option to check off 1 logo, make any edit requests and click SEND or if it 1 is approved, click on APPROVED. This time however, if customer has an edit request or approval it will notify the admin and also the designer who worked on it. - If customer has edits, we will make them and resubmit, same process - If customer approves a logo, we will finalize and create final files - Designer will upload all final logo files, and ADMIN will SEND email to customer notifying them that their logo is ready for download. - Logo formats will be .Ai, JPG, PNG, not sure if these will be individually uploaded or if we should zip all in one folder and upload, please advise. That\'s about it, I may have missed more things, but at least this gives you an idea. We don\'t have big budget, so feel free to recommend using an out of the box tool that we can customize a bit like ZenDesk for the project management part. Please feel free to ask any more questions.
