Need Some Images Photoshopped

I need simple photoshop work for 20 images. Just need the existing background replaced with a floor tile/wood background that lets the rug stand out. The tile background should not have sharp lines but be in soft focus and not bright as entire focus has to be the rugs. In addition, 8 rug photos from these 20 also need just the rug cropped out without any background and saved a a straight rug image (so those 8 will have two set i.e. one with the rug on the floor tile background and another with just the rug straight cropped image). Final images should be provided in both high res and low res as will be used for both print and digital online. Need quick turnaround for these, so at the earliest possible.
