Photoshop CS training/help

I would like someone to coach me on the use of Photoshop CS (and possibly Illustrator) for 4 hours via SKYPE. I am very familiar with Corel Draw. Training will consist of 2 sessions, each 2 hours, on 2 different days.

My particular task is this:

a)importing a vector file which I have in Corel Draw

b)the file contains text and simple outline clipart

c)i would like to apply photoshop style effects to make file 3d

d)export file in gif or jpg format - very high resolution about 6600x3600 pixels.

Please let me know when you will be avaiable to do this (new york city time)
