PCB designer to create a gerber file for a radio controlled device

I would like to create a super lightweight pcb radio receiver that is less than 40 grams that will have 2 different beeps (depending on the signal sent from the radio transmitter), one ultrasonic between 15 and 20 kHz, and one regular beep between 2.5 to 3 kHz. It should be powered by a small battery like a CR2032, CR123A, hearing aid battery, etc. I want the signal that's being received by this device to come from something like a car remote fob, or something simpler if the channel switching feature is too complicated.
