Altium Designer Specialist for Layout Change on Existing Project

They current layout contains an SD Card at the top and a micro USB connector on the right hand side of the PCB (as viewed in the PDF). The job consists of the following:
1a) move the SD card next to the micro USB connector
1b) if needed move the mounting point next to the micro USB connector to make space
2) replace the connector with a different variant (IP67) one, STEP and drawing included
3) provide STEP file of changed layout for review
4) provide complete production data set (format and directory structure will be provided)
Altium project will be provided once contracted.
