I am looking for a readily available H.R payroll system or someone to develop one ASAP. The system should have the features below:
1. Handle gross pay of employees which may be either fixed or hourly (time sheets).
2. Handle allowances, loan payments and subsidized benefits such as gym membership.
3. Handle ad hoc items such as per diems and their taxation, breakages, yearly bonus calculations etc.
4. Handle government deductions such as taxes, reliefs, retirement benefits.
5. Generate a monthly payroll register and pay slips for employees.
6. Integrate SAP business one for general ledger postings.
7. Integrate oracle HCM for employee data.
7. Implement varied level access control (Admin, HR, employee).
Include in the proposal a proposed methodology/ work plan, prior experience in similar projects, timelines and cost for each milestone.
