I need to create a telegram bot to send information from a database.

The bot must be able to:

- Ask for the user's language (??, ??, ??, ??, ??, ??)

- Save the user's language

- Start sending messages (text + image) from the database based on the language chosen by the user.

- Ask the user the difficulty of the message, it can be, HARD (shows the word the next day), NORMAL (SHOWS THE WORD IN 5 DAYS) EASY (SHOWS THE WORD IN 15 DAYS)
