get PF Sense firewall rules working with vpn

we have an IPsec tunnel setup between our networks. The vpn is up however we cant get traffic across it im thinking that its related to firewall rules or nat. I am looking for someone to help with this. We would also like to get wireguard setup for mobile clients if thats possible.

Additionally i have some questions about the best way to setup multiple satellite offices
