this known issue when hosted multi domain in exchange the issue can resolve by creating separated Exchange GAL for each domain users and assign the correct gal to each domain there are many way to do that but better way is to add custom attribute for users and create the gal based on the custom attribute I can also offer to install free multi tenant control panel solidcp that will help in create and manage hosted exchange Thanks Mohamed Kamal
