Upload / Download data file to/ From FTP. Then update SQL table in VB.NET

Develop two software programs in VB.NET 2005. Using Native .NET language. no DLL. First Program to upload (picture and data file ) to ftp website. Second Program to download (picture and data file) periodically from ftp website then update /upload to SQL table Program A: ( to post picture and data file to FTP website ) - View what's currently on the FTP site Listview, preview picturebox, Add button, Delete button, post / update FTP with progress indicator Program B: (to download picture and data file from FTP and update SQL table) -check periodically (option to set timer) for data changes on the ftp site and download new pic/data file , delete deleted ones.
