Seeking Dynamics CRM Long term developer
$15-25 USD / hour
Job Situation:
We are looking for a senior Dynamics CRM developer to help re-design and re-build parts of their Dynamics CRM implementation having capacity and design issues. Candidates must able to understand requirements, design and implement solutions to meet with requirements, and also build programs to populate data into the new design.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be an advisor on best practices for Dynamics CRM
Analyze business needs and objectives and identify efficient ways for Dynamics to add value
Design and implement conplex configuration in Dynamics 365 such as creation of custom fields, entities, workflows, Business process flows, forms, security roles, [login to view URL] customizations via write plugin, html code and java scripts.
Advise and implement architectural changes to an existing CRM
Integrate Dynamics with other systems, sometimes using 3rd party tools such as Zapier or SynchApps
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, prevents problem escalation and provides solution resolution
Handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur
Protects the client by keeping information confidential
Qualifications
3+ year working experience with Dynamics CRM 365 online
Strong Dynamics 365 product experience
Prior experience with Dynamics integrations
Prior experience with data migrations
Advise and implement solutions for data quality and integrity, performance optimization, security, maintenance and managing of users of Dynamics CRM
Strong understanding of SQL Server
Dynamics CRM certification
Strong communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience with C#/.NET & Plug-ins
Understanding of related technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI
SQL Server experience, especially SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
Experience with Power Apps
