For our small engineering company we need a lightweight hybrid system (up to 10 users) somewhere between PLM and ERP. The system should be webbased and will be installed on our local network server. The system has a database backend (mysql, postgres sql....) The Data Structure is as the following:
- Table0: items (about 15 columns)
contains all items with several information like
if it is a single part or assembly
if its a assambly it shows the related billOfMaterials ID
- Table1: Projects (about 15 columns)
contains information like
bill of material
-Table2: billOfMaterials (about 10 columns)
contains a number of item Ids
-Table3: customers (about 5 columns)
contains all customers and related information like
-Table4: suppliers (about 15 columns)
contains all suppliers and related indormation like
contains user credentials and further information about the users
contains the roles and the related information for "user-role management"
The logic behind the system is the following:
A project has exacly one bill of materials.
This bill of materials contails a number of items.
Some of these items have a bill of materials too some not.
This bill of meterial contains items again and so on...
The project information containing the calculated delivery time for the hole project and the aggregated costst based on the used items.
The first operational view is a simple list of all items in a project. Every item is only shown only once with the aggregated quantity. It is possible to sort and filter every column eg. for supplier.
Possible CSV export.
The second operational view is a graph where all items are displayed on the y axis and the delevery time on the x axis. In option A the delivery time bars are starting at the current date and ending at thier specific deleverydate, calculated from today. In option B the delevery time bar of the item with the longest delevery time starts today and all other items are starting at the end of this bar and going backwards. (see figures attached)
At the beginning we need 8-9 Views in total. The other 6 views are showing the 6 Database tables and contain a "add", "edit" and "delete" Button.
