Build Account Admin, table and charts

We are a SaaS company. We are building a 6-8 page bootstrap template back end for our customer accounts. Customer login has already been created, MySQL data is already pulled in and general layouts have already been built. We need a programmer with coldfusion, javascript and charting experience to complete the project. We are using the following bootstrap template: [login to view URL] What we need done: 1) Need to complete charts on attached file (dashboardrb) 2) Need to add functions and change out some of the variables displayed on attached file (table) 3) Need to create table display detail page (to be provided) - display of info already in database. 4) Need to create the notification system (notification system includes display in header menu, email notification, a notifications summary page and full single page notification with additional details from data table - should be templated. page See attached. 5) Clean up of display for account settings (base data already pulled in and editable) see attached file account settings This is a minimally viable product and we anticipate another 100-500 hours of additional work but want to start with these pages to see if we can work together longer term.
