Calendar sync with iOS and Android

I require a single Delphi Windows application written that will sync our Event Manager calendar data to the existing calendars on iOS and Android devices. The application must compile on Delphi XE. I don't really care about how it looks, just how it performs. Functionality is more important than appearance. As I understand it you must use two different services, one for Android (such as Google Calendar) and one for iOS (such as iCloud) that syncs the devices' calendars. Then your delphi application must sync with these services. If you plan to do it another way please elaborate. One possibility is to use TMS Cloud Pack. In your bid I need to be aware of any third party libraries or services that you will use and the costs involved if any. I also need to know of any changes you require to the database structure in advance. In the attached file you will find a MySQL database script and an empty Microsoft Access database that Event Manager can use. You are free to use either database and can connect to both using ADO.
