Arrange an old piano "sonata" from classical music to become a videogame sound background

I need the music intro/background for a videogame. I will give you the original sheet of the piano sonata.
What I need is a new arrangement in a arcade-retro style. (I can give you some references to take inspiration from). Please do not exceed the fixed budget.
