Crash reconstruction video

Using Google maps to view the road, the direction and traffic conditions. I would like a reconstruction of an accident where a scooter hit the left side rear passenger door of a compact car.
The road was experiencing a serious traffic jam.
There are no photos of the damage to the scooter, but there are photos of the damaged car. I believe you can judge the direction of the damage.
I can provide all the necessary information that might be needed.
The video can be 2D top view.
EDIT: Please understand this in not a typical animation video. This is a car crash recreation.

But not so complex, a top view.
You have to recreate the crash, means you need to understand motion physics etc.
There is no voice over. Just the crash scene. Ideally you will post a video of a crash you recreated for another customer.
