Realization of iOS/Android APP structure with Flutter (English essential)

I am looking for a programmer with previous experience (demonstrable through examples) for the realization of an iOS/Android APP using Flutter. The APP should act as a viewer of "ads" published through a website according to predefined filters (Country, Region, District, City, Gender, Date, etc.). Data exchange with MySQL database through API provided. Timing: development + testing max within 3 weeks from the award. Collaborators speaking Italian, English, Croatian or possibly some of these languages working in Europe will be preferred (due to similar time zone).
