Native App - requires native navigation

We have a Wordpress / Buddypress built site, that to increase conversion we have opted to create a native app (using [login to view URL]) with push notifications enabled. Google Play accepted the app, but this was rejected by App Store stating that this was sufficiently different to webview on Safari and just having push notifications was insufficient. The setup in gonative is a bit confusing as we don't have enough technical knowledge to configure the settings for Native Navigation. We have configured OneSignal for push notifications which is working for Manual Push notifications, but again unsure on configuring app which states its simple how to get this working for automatic from site.
1. We need to ensure automatic push notifications are enabled for all items from our BuddyPress site - new message, friend requests, notifications etc...
2. We need to enable native navigation using NativeJS Bridge, this is simple import in config file on [login to view URL] but can't seem to understand format of NativeJS.
This I expect is a simple and quick task for someone who has app development / Native App experience so don't expect this to be time consuming or costly.
