A menu-based application is required for Mobile Phone usages. The application will naturally reside on **BlackBerry** Mobile phones. The intuitive mobile application client will have abilities to use **both** SMS messaging and GPRS as transport layer for a mobile application platform. Necessary encryption for GPRS connectivity and SMS encryption to interact with existing server application is very important. Further details will be provided to the shortlisted bidders. The bidder MUST have similar experiences in mobile application client using both SMS messaging and GPRS with appropriate encryption between the mobile phone and the application server; able to demonstrate previous experiences; able to work with minimum supervision; and able to bring his experience on board with a view of presenting robust application by using high level specifications and description that will be presented. The bidder must be available for further enhancement and willing to guarantee his own job.
