ios app similar to pokemon go

I need a simple iOS app made for all iPhone and iPad sizes. The app will be similar to Pokemon Go. It will be an Augmented Reality app. The user will login or sign up. The login/sign up is authenticated through Firebase. The user will press a button that looks like a mushroom and random mushrooms will appear on a map (utilizing MapKit). The user will use the map to track down the mushrooms. There will be 20 different types of mushroom and each mushroom will have a different point value. Everything will be saved into a Firebase real-time database, including the users' scores. There will also be a high score page that is updated with Firebase. I need the app to be fully functional. Don't worry about the images for the mushrooms, you can use a basic dot or square. I will update the images once I have the finished Xcode project. While you code the project using Swift 3 in Xcode 8, I need you to insert notes explaining what each block of code does, so I can understand how to to code an app like this. Just use a free Firebase account so I can test the app. Once the app is completely working then, I will save it to my own Firebase account. The code must be optimized to avoid memory overload and high Firebase costs. I will need all of the completed Xcode files. There needs to be no error or warnings and it must compile.
