I have 15 years of experience in developing Delphi applications in the Postal services of Serbia. I am currently working in the tool Delphi XE7. My last freelance project in Delphi was a taxi dispatching system, which included a Firemonkey mobile application for vehicle, VCL desktop application for dispatchers and server part of the application in the Kinvey BAAS cloud which database is Mongodb. On this occasion I have used the gmaps services, google notification services GCM and the GPS sensor on mobile device. Taxi app is a more complicated case of your app. In addition to this case I made dozens of Delphi three-tier LOB applications (COM+, XML web services, DataSnap REST servers, oracle and SQL server databases) for a corporate users. For years I worked on the design and modeling of information systems and relational databases. On working days I can work up to 5 hours, no weekend work. My written and oral english is pretty good.
