Make an app that can be downloaded onto most phones (android and iphone at least). It will need to be able edit and scan NFC chips and then have a recording or any file type uploaded onto the app. It needs to be possible for the app to record itself, as well as upload files. This file or recording will have to be given a unique URL that is then put on the NFC chip. When the NFC chip is then scanned by another phone that has the app, the app shows the link, making it possible for the user to access the file uploaded.
