I need an app for my patients to monitor their activity by distance. The patient will login to the system, checks his pre-planned exercise programme and fill the black cells regarding the reps/sets/resistance. Moreover, he/she will have the option to add or even remove an exercise he did (or didn't) selecting the drill from an already predefined list of exercises.
The exercise logs will be stored in an online database in order for me to proceed with some fomulations regarding the load each muscle group was trained, the kind of contraction etc. This kind of information will not be available to my patient. It will not be a part of the app, but I want a guidance in order to proceed with the calculations, creating a database with all this info and be able to download it in a friendly format (csv, txt) or if it is more convinient to load it directly to Tableau for creating my own presentations.
Some further details:
- The list of the users who can use the app will be determined by me. No registration will be required.
- The app will be free. No monetisation plan (at least for now :D )
- I have a clear plan on my mind. I am almost 100% sure that I will not change opinions/thoughts/plans during the project, confusing you. Maybe I will ask some questions regarding the design just for curiosity :D
There is no need to hurry up the completion of this project. Even if it takes 45 days, I will be satisfied.
