Scheduling system:
Employers are able to schedule their visits to organise their day effectively. The date and time-window to arrive and predicted time taken for each drop by are compulsory
Employers must check in their scheduled visits and also check out to track how long they spend at each doorstep (Signature and geo-location to validate their visits). Moreover, employees can store any data from their visits such as notes, tasks, pictures or use custom forms.
Admin users are able to view all employers' schedules, and track their progress. Employers are only able to view their own schedule
Route Planning:
Start of the day, employers can plan their visits, the app will automatically generate the route which will minimise the distance with respect to any input created by employers - predicted time at each doorstep, desired arrival times.
Shared File:
Admin are able to share and upload files (pdf,csv,ppt,.. ) that are automatically updated to all employers
Each employer can also update their own files for personal usage, or upload it to respective client’s database
Customer’s Database:
Admin and employer can update/add their customer’s database - Name, location, contact number, files
Checked-in done by each employers will be validated by ensuring that it’s 200m within the radius of the location stored in the database
