I have read your project requirement it's very nice I have already developed ARcore demo application using AR core library. and make many customisation in this application base on client requirements. if you want to show this application than I will share you. but one limitation in AR core library it's working on selected devices like Samsung galaxy S8, Google pixel series. also I have developed another AR base application for my company. this application is developed using AR toolkit and LibGDX. please contact me I will give you 100% result. because I have work 2-3 month on AR library. thanks.
