Android development for examination module and multimedia notification

We have an android app with text notification implemented using FCM. Now we need to implement 3 more things: 1. Images/Videos as part of notification. 2. Promotional notifications handling. These notifications will be pushed from our web services. The user will have a list of such notifications and a dedicated screen to display all the contents of the notification. 3. Learning quiz containing various exercises with multiple types of questions (image based/audio based,sentence based,MCQ,words arrangement). This module needs to be developed in a way that user can be able to download other exercises in future. The exercises can be added to our database in cloud. This will also contain the use of hindi text for english learning. I've the requirements ready. Interested people can contact me.
