I am looking for an android developer who can write an app that can take data from USB / Serial port of a computer and display it on the tablet screen. The app should be smart enough so the moment tablet is connected to PC it should recognize the connection for example when someone connects a printer to PC via USB port it auto detects the device connected and its ready to use state. Please only bid if you have done something similar in past and some exposure writing such apps. Thank you.

The approach will be to hot plug detect on android device and handle the hot plug event by retrieving and displaying data. How the data will be pushed from windows side, is their any client software running their ? Also the communication over USB is defined in terms of communication protocol. Share the details. I am available to work on it.
