Andorid App & SQL Database for Automotiv Manufacturer

We are a manufacturing company in the Automotive sector and we are seeking for an Android App & SQL specialist to create for us an app for our Quality department. We want to create an App that is linked to an SQL Server Database capturing quality problems of our products. 1. The operator in production is scanning the Datamatrix Code of the product and on the screen appear a list of Checkpoints that the operator has to check including the product details. 2. The operator has to confirm in the app if the checkpoints are good (so if product quality is good) or not. If not he should get an option to make a picture of the problem and describe it in a comment field (why as per him the quality is bad) 3. For all bad problems supervisors (who have different log in ID) will be able to see a list of defective products and they have to check each product and define solve the problem via Rework or any other action. They should be able to enter in the App the action they took to solve the problem. In the list the user should get the option to click on one item and go into the issue details where he can see pictures detail description of the problems and history of comments. The job scope is: 1. Create the SQL Database on the Server using MS SQL Express 2. Create the Android application and the user accounts (approx. 5 Users) 3. Test and modify the application and database to completely suit the data requirement (during the trials we will identify need for more data capturing which we missed at the beginning) After the project is completed we will require your support also in future for modifications. This after sales support will be of course paid separately and is not part of the job scope. We need a fixed price and your commitment to complete with us the project and take care of all our data requirements. We would prefer a local programmer from Malaysia who is able to visit our factory, see our products which will be easier to fulfill the requirements.
