Write an Android/IOS application that can control light switch through Wifi

Looking for someone who can write a Android and IOS app or redesign existing app. This app is about controlling a light switch through WiFi. App will communicate with firmware to turn on/off light. There are similar app available("dreamplug" or "ismartplug")from other parties. I want to make it more easy and user friendly. This app reacquired QR scanning, WiFi connecting button, controlling a WiFi device through internet,on/off switch, calendar ,stop watch. I might need firmware and electronics PCB design as well. I already tried all open source app and firmware for esp8266.(such as ithinker) If you have better knowledge that will help. Please bid If you have great knowledge in electronics field , app designing and already done similar projects.
