Phonegap / Hybrid App Developer Required Urgently

We have a project which is responsive and works well on all mobile phones including iOS. We have observed many big e-commerce portals have a responsive website and that same website is running as an app too. It seems that they are showing web view inside an app. We want to do something similar but with a few extra things following are things that we want you to develop 1) We have facebook & google login for a user to signup and login, it should work on the app. 2) Once user logs in we have Task Manager similar to google reminder or any other task manager we want a notification should pop up on screen/home screen before 10 mins from actual task time to remind the user that your task is about to start. 3) A notification for promotional events should also pop up, we have made a section of our super admin area. 4) We have profile system inside our portal, where users can upload and click photos for profile & cover pic. Please make you give permissions and make sure this thing works. We want this to be done for both Android & iOS. And we need this done urgently.
