Hi, We need a system app which should be at least compatible with marshmello or lollipop. a) App should be delete if we reset / reboot phone b) There should be no option to uninstall app. It should be via password from menu. c) All should be without root / route. d) App should be able to send SMS even if no internet there if phone lost & SIM changed to admin / phone number entered in setting. e) System can get user phone number. Note: Developer should share source code..
