I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. We need to design a website and an Android mobile application which is kind of replica of InShort News app: [login to view URL] The app needs to have an admin portal via which the news will be uploaded. Also after every specific no of news the user has to be displayed advertisement. The admin portal also needs to have capability to upload advertisements and keep them for specific no of days. User needs to set the city and based on city entered by user news & advertisements need to be displayed. IMP: The application has to display news in regional language like hindi, marathi etc.
