I need the following simple things to be done -

File upload functionality, where multiple files can be selected and can be uploaded on server, altogether.

Files can be any format like images/doc/ pdf. But also there should be an option to upload images as seperate option where on selection, gallery is opened (same multi selection needed).

Please give me time and money estimates (My budget is 1000 INR). Thanks.
