One scene in Unity3d 4.3 using 2d mode

This should be a simple project for someone who is a good unity developer. I want "level 2" scene created similar to Stupid Zombies 2. So create a character on a platform and a character in the lower left corner moving a gun around and then shooting it. The bullet will deflect off everything, but if it hits the character on the platform it dies. If I press down on screen a cross-hair will appear until i mouseup.. I red semi transparent beam will appear. The flying bullet will also have a trailing affect to it. And it will fly for a specified amount of seconds before it dies off. I don't care what type of graphics you use, I just want to see the concept.. I won't pay upfront, so if you want the job you will first meet the milestone or create the full level.. The best way to do this is download the SZ2 game and play level 2 and create something similar with all effects it has... Do it using 2D mode.. Thanks...
