iphone app

We have written this app for android, now we need it done for the iphone/itouch. For this project we would like for you to do one pretty easy page for the app. If we like it and can work easily with you, we will have more pages for you to work on. We will need the source code that you will write. We will need to be able to run the app on our iphone here in our office for testing/evaluation. Also, for what it's worth: we are software developers, we just don't do iphones. (well, actually I wrote a couple very simple iphone apps a couple years ago which worked, but it was too time consuming) The project we want done is: We have a web-site that has pages on it that connect to a database for information. The app you will write will post some values (for example “User=3” and “RequestType=5”) to our page (for example [login to view URL]). The page will return to the app some values of appointment start and end times with dates. (for example “2011-11-25 18:00, 2011-11-25 20:00, Mr. Jones”) The app you will write should have a page with a button on it “Go!”. When the user presses the button, the app should post the information above to the page and get the list of appointments. Then it should display the list of appointments in a listbox on a new page.
