Create iOS app using Twillio voice service APIs

I need someone to create a mobile app for iOS for iPhone that will allow the user to make and receive calls utilising the Twilio SDK and APIs, including recording of the audio from the call, and logging all data into a cloud-based database. I will provide an AWS account. Key points / features / terms: 1. I need the entire solution very quickly - within 1 week 2. Mobile app must be native but can use web services. 3. All source code must be supplied to me, and I will take full copyright of all source code. 4. This is just a proof of concept testing app. The app visuals can be very basic. I will not provide any artwork or wireframe. I just need a format for testing. 5. Screens required: a) a splash/loading screen (just drop any image in for now) b) a main call screen for dialling a number, as close as possible in appearance to the normal iPhone display for making a call, with also the ability to access the Contacts and dial a contact. c) a settings screen for any required user data - e.g. username, phone number 6) Setup appropriate services on my Azure or AWS account for the backend web services and a database to store a log of each phone call, including the username, caller's number, number dialled, duration of call, and timestamp of call, and store the audio file. 7) Create a simple secure web page in javascript / HTML5 to display the call log from the database, and to allow usernames to be edited or added, and to allow an email address to be associated with each user name. Users wont have access to this site - it is just a basic admin access only site. 8) The service must use Twilio.
