Create a Mobile Dating Website For South Asians -- 2

I need someone to create a mobile dating website for South Asians. Its style and functionality should borrow heavily from Okcupid's mobile site. However there will be no "match engine", quick match, view your matches or any match questions to be asked to the users. Furthermore users should be able to connect their Facebook and Linkedin accounts to their profiles and when one user with a connected account sees another user with a connected account they should be notified if they have any mutual friends, share a location, field of work etc. FInally this project will require that the user can opt to pay for premium service in which case they can be featured on the site for $5 a month.
