Write an iPhone application

Need someone who has experience with PHP and creating apps: - I have a cam site that I would like to make responsive. .. I would like for it to have a mobile version (similar to [login to view URL]) where users can cam to cam from mobile/tablets, including the models, by Java or otherwise, and I would like for it to be an app as well that users can install. I wouldn't need it in apple store or google because they don't allow it, but I need for the cam to cam to work from mobile/tablet, iPhone, iPad, and android. **My site has live flash preview when a users hovers their mouse over a model, I pay 25 dollars a month for that feature, and I know that with the mobile/responsive site I wouldn't have it, but I would like to keep it for the desktop version, and let the app/mobile/tablet version be just the pic they uploaded...*** -I need minor changes on the desktop version. I want a nice logo/clean font, something similar to when you click on "Become a Model", a font like "Start making money as a webcam ... " for the logo up top. -I want to upgrade the chat, to include different color fonts, and emoticons or whatever their called. A good chat I've seen is on chaturbate.com. -I want a token system similar to [login to view URL], (basically a token counter) where models have the ability to set a goal and with the token counter, award the people in the free chat with a prize. (Getting naked or whatever) **important, I cannot change the values that are preset with my payment processor. 1 token must equal 1 dollar and the amount of tokens must be equal to the amount of dollars. For instance, on chaturbate, 2000 tokens is like 100 dollars, that would not be possible for my site. 100 tokens is 100 dollars. - I want to replace that solid black background color in the drop down menus (login,categories) with a nice transparent black, like jasmin.com. In fact, I like the logo/font they use for the name up top. That's the clean look that I want for Live Fuq or LIVE FUQ or whatever, whatever looks best. - I want a birthday or zodiac sign added to the models profile. - I want it in different languages Basically, a mix or [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but the web version to keep the flash preview, and some minor changes to it.... Possible? I was told yes, and have been quoted by several, but I'm not sold on anyone. Please be sure of yourself before applying, because people have wasted their times trying to figure it out.
